Breakfast Menu

Breakfast is served in the Dining Room between 8 and 9 am


We have a variety of breakfasts available:


Full Highland Breakfast

Stornoway black pudding, bacon, sausage, tomato, mushrooms,

potato scone and fried egg


Cheese Scone

Homebaked cheese scone

served with cream cheese and chutney



Homebaked warm buttermilk pancakes

served with banana & drizzled with syrup      


served with Yoghurt and berry compote



Selection of ham and cheese served with

oatcakes and chutney



served with berry compote or drizzled with syrup


Bircher Muesli

Museli soaked overnight with apple juice,

mixed with grated apple, lemon, yoghurt, honey & cinnamon

and topped with granola


Breakfast or Herbal Tea :  Cafetiere of Coffee

Wholemeal or Plain Toast


From the buffet table:


Selection of cereals, fruit juice and yogurt

Freshly homebaked scones and pastries
