RONAN HOUSE B&B TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING

• Ronan House is fitted and furnished for three double ensuite bedrooms for a maximum of six guests until COVID19 restrictions are lifted we will be reducing occupancy to 4 guests.
• Your hosts are Ronnie and Anne Anderson (Proprietors)
• Bookings made via our web site remain provisional until confirmed by us. 
• Credit card details are required to secure your booking, no payment will be taken at time of booking.
• The balance can be paid before arrival by Bank Transfer. 

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS

• We advise guests to take our Holiday Cancellation Insurance when booking.
• If your booking with Ronan House is cancelled more than 2 days before your arrival date, no charge will be made.
• If your booking with Ronan House is cancelled less than 2 days before your arrival date or if a guest does not turn up, the full charge of the booking will be made.
• If the accommodation becomes unavailable or unsuitable for letting subsequent to your booking through any cause, the proprietor’s liability shall be limited to any amount already paid.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

• Guests can check in from 4pm, for arrivals after 7pm guests to contact and advise proprietor.
• Departure time is up to 10am.
• Guests that have COVID-19 symptoms should not enter Ronan House.
• Guests developing COVID-19 symptoms during their stay at Ronan House, must declare it to the Host when leaving.
• It is understood that if anyone staying at Ronan House contracts the virus they will immediately inform the Hosts who can inform guests of the next steps to be taken.

• The proprietors shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident or loss to persons or property whilst on or using the premises, or from any illness, infection or injury arising from any cause whatsoever.
• Guests undertake to allow the proprietors or their agents access to guest bedroom at all reasonable times to carry out essential maintenance if there is an emergency.
• Ronan House is a non-smoking property.
• All personal belongings are ‘at your own risk’.
